term two reflection

its nearly the end of the term and we have been learning about Matariki and thinking about our goals and progress.

I am looking forward to be finished with all my goals by the end of term two.

today I am going to teach you an amazing millennial knowledge of my Polynesian ancestors Wayfinding navigation, our class painted some stuff like birds, waves, and islands. for birds we have to represent a bird, and for waves you have to represent a wave, and for islands, you have to represent an island.

rockets and planets

Yesterday we learnt about dwarf planets and rockets :

A dwarf planet is really small. It is one of the smallest planets in the solar system. The moon is like a dwarf planet but it's a satellite. More dwarf planets are Eris, Pluto and Ceres!

what I did yesterday at home

yesterday at school there was a zoo trip but I didn't go there. yesterday morning i woke up and brushed my teeth. my mum went to work so i had the whole house to myself. after i brushed my teeth I made myself some milk and toast, after I ate breakfast me and my sister went outside to play for half and hour. then my mum came back from work! when my mum got back from work we got dressed to go to pick up my grandma from the motel. when we picked my grandma up we went to do grocery's. when we finished grocery's we went to take my sister to the doctors. after the doctors we went home and ate dinner.

I enjoyed learning how to sign my name in sign language.

it was hard to remember how to spell the letters with our fingers and hands.
